How to take it怎么喝
- One 3 g sachet a day, for ages 2 to 12.每天一包 3 g，适合 2–12 岁。
- Stir it well into 100–200 ml of water before drinking, with the water no hotter than 50°C.加入 100–200 ml 水中搅拌均匀后饮用，水温不超过 50°C。

What age is it for?适合几岁？
One sachet a day, for children aged 2 to 12.每天一包，适合 2–12 岁儿童。
How do I give it to my child?怎么给孩子喝？
Stir one sachet well into 100–200 ml of water, no hotter than 50°C. It can also be mixed with milk powder, fresh milk or a yogurt drink, or taken straight from the sachet. For younger children, mix it with water first.把一包加入 100–200 ml 水中搅拌均匀，水温不超过 50°C。也可以加入奶粉、鲜奶或酸奶饮品，或直接从小包倒入口中。年纪较小的孩子请先用水冲泡。
When should my child take it?什么时候喝？
We recommend before breakfast, on an empty stomach.建议在早餐前空腹饮用。

Is it suitable for vegetarians?素食者可以喝吗？

Our ingredients and production line contain no fava beans or other legumes, no mint, no artificial colouring and none of the traditional Chinese herbs usually avoided with G6PD deficiency; SGS detected none of 12 artificial colourants.
